All workshops require a non-refundable $200 deposit
to hold the space. If it becomes necessary to
cancel at any time the deposit cannot be refunded.
However, it can be applied to a future workshop as long
as that workshop occurs within a 12 month period.
If you must cancel more than 15 days
before the
workshop and you have paid additional fees, they will be
fully refunded (except for the $200 deposit). If
you cancel less than 15 days from the workshop the full
balance paid cannot be refunded.
We cannot be responsible for cancellations due to a
medical emergency. Therefore, we recommend you
purchase trip insurance.
If we must cancel the workshop all funds will be
returned including the $200 deposit. However, we
are not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets.
