Zion Exposed Photography Workshop
October 15-18, 2011 |

Zion is "The place of refuge." Standing next to
the peaceful Virgin River you gaze up in amazement at
the canyon walls glowing red in the afternoon sun.
Up on the plateau, endlessly fascinating
forms and textures will delight your eye and imagination.
The Great White Throne reaches majestically to the sky
and the Riverside Walk is serene and quieting.
There are so many things to experience here, so many
moods to capture. It is unique among the steps of
the Grand Staircase and an experience to be cherished.
Once you visit Zion you may find yourself under its
spell and hear the call to return.

the opportunity to photograph the well known and
not so well known locations in their best light.
We will challenge you to expand your creative
and technical skills and provide you with as
much or as little personal attention as you
desire. We provide formal classes and
informal in-the-field coaching. And you
can receive feedback on your photographs.
The days are long, tiring and extremely
rewarding.
