One of the great movie makers of all time, Francis
Ford Coppola, has become one of the great Napa
Valley vintners
His winery, the Neibaum-Coppola Winery,
is a restored chateau.
The elegant estate is fitting host to the
equally elegant wines available inside.
There are many pleasing photographic vignettes
around the grounds.
I was drawn to the rustic vine in its
autumn colors framing the metal latticework of
the old window behind it.
For me, it captures a feeling of the rich
history of this beautiful old house.
